Refund Policy

All sales are final. Flow Health & Wellness does not offer refunds for services, packages, or prepaid sessions.

The only exception applies when appointments cannot be scheduled or completed due to the therapist cancelling. In these circumstances, clients may choose to receive either:

  • A full refund for the unused session(s) via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash

  • A credit applied toward future services.

Cancellations made by the client, missed appointments, or inability to schedule due to client availability do not qualify for refunds.
