Service Description

This session is for clients that have already seen Dr. Reilly for an initial visit but want to progress their performance further and continue minimizing risk for injury. Using targeted techniques and corrective strategies, this 1-hour session helps athletes move better, recover faster, and perform at a higher level. Each program is tailored to address individual movement patterns, reduce compensations, and support optimal athletic performance. You will leave this session with a continued understanding of your performance needs and an upgrade to your exercise program tailored specifically to you. Josh’s background as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Division I cross‑country athlete, competitive powerlifter (600 lb squat, 640 lb deadlift, 340 lb bench), and now an avid pickleball player gives him a unique, firsthand understanding of what it takes to excel in your craft and pursue peak performance. His own journey—marked by periods of overtraining and ineffective strength programming in his early athletic years—shaped his commitment to smarter, more intentional training. “If I had understood proper programming and recovery when I was younger, I could have avoided many of the chronic issues I deal with today. That experience drives me to help others push their limits while minimizing unnecessary risk.” This perspective allows him to guide clients with a blend of advanced knowledge, personal insight, and a deep respect for long‑term performance longevity.
