Service Description
This 1-hour personalized, movement‑focused session is for clients that have already seen Dr. Reilly for an initial visit. Sessions are designed to improve flexibility, build functional strength, and help your body move with greater ease. Through guided mobility work, targeted strengthening, and intentional movement strategies, this coaching supports better alignment, reduced tension, and more efficient daily movement. Each program is tailored to your unique goals and movement patterns, helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident in how your body performs. You will leave this session with a continued understanding of your performance needs and an upgrade to your exercise program tailored specifically to you.
